Sam Fletcher

Sam Fletcher is the Engineering Manager at AECOM, where they lead engineering projects and oversee teams. They began their career with Network Rail in 2013 through the Engineering Graduate Scheme, gaining diverse experience in Maintenance, Asset Management, Construction, and Design. Sam achieved IEng Chartership status with the Institution of Civil Engineers in 2017 and is currently pursuing CEng status. Their role as Scheme Project Manager involved managing the design and construction delivery of Cardiff Station under the Greater West Electrification Programme. Currently, Sam works as a Civils Design Engineer at Network Rail, specializing in Structures, Geotechnical, and Drainage schemes.
