Saman Khalid

Saman Khalid is a Graduate Civil and Structural Engineer at AECOM, beginning in September 2024, following a civil engineering internship at the same company during a summer placement in the nuclear sector. Prior to this, Saman served as a Ticket Sales Assistant at Emirates Old Trafford, Lancashire Cricket Club from July 2018 to September 2024, and gained experience through various internships, including a summer intern position at The University of Manchester, where a project focused on designing access to a flowerbed at Rose Hill Station was completed. Saman also contributed to the University of Manchester Civil Engineering Society as a Social Media Coordinator from September 2022 to September 2023, overseeing social media updates and event promotions. Saman holds a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in Civil Engineering from The University of Manchester, attained in July 2024, and previously completed education at Loreto Sixth Form College.
