Samer Seifeddine

Samer Seifeddine is an Engineering Manager and Railway Systems Manager with a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the American University of Beirut. With 25 years of experience, Samer has worked on major railway, infrastructure, and mixed-use projects in the UAE and Qatar. Samer began their career as an Electrical Design Engineer and progressed to roles such as Systems Engineer, Senior Electrical Engineer, and Engineering Manager at prestigious companies like AECOM and SYSTRA. Currently, Samer serves as the Director, Systems and Requirements at AECOM, following a tenure as Systems Assurance Manager at Hill International, Inc.
