Samuel Donelson is the Executive Vice President and Regional Chief Executive for the US East and LATAM at AECOM, where they previously served as Senior Vice President and Regional Business Line Leader for NY/NJ Transportation from 2022 to 2025, and as Vice President from 2014 to 2022. Prior to their tenure at AECOM, they held the position of Acting Executive Director and Director of Engineering & Operations/Chief Engineer at the South Jersey Transportation Authority from 1994 to 2014. Samuel is currently continuing their education at Temple University.
