Shan Williams is currently a Senior Right of Way Project Manager at AECOM, where they manage Right of Way projects and acquire property for highway construction and road improvement initiatives. Between 2000 and 2009, Shan held various roles at NCDOT, culminating as a Senior Right of Way Agent, overseeing property acquisitions and providing training to Right of Way Agents. Prior to that, they worked as a Relocation Agent at Right Of Way Consultants from 2015 to 2017. Shan obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology/Social Welfare from Winston-Salem State University and continues to pursue Real Estate Appraisal Coursework at Dan Mohr Real Estate School.
