Shawn Shields

Shawn Shields, PE, LEED AP, is a Mechanical Engineering Manager at AECOM, where they have been employed since 2016. Prior to this role, Shawn worked as a Mechanical Design Engineer-Building Systems at Newcomb & Boyd from 2009 to 2016, along with a brief stint as a Junior Mechanical Engineer at Essex Engineering Corporation in 2009. Shawn began their career with cooperative education experience at Newcomb & Boyd, LLP from 2004 to 2006. They hold a Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering with an emphasis in Thermal and Fluids from the Georgia Institute of Technology, earned in 2008.
