Simon Richardson

Simon Richardson is a Regional Director of Development Planning at AECOM, focusing on transport planning for large-scale developments and international city masterplanning projects. With experience across locations such as London, Casablanca, the West Bank, and Istanbul, Simon has a particular interest in Transport Oriented Development and logistical design of brownfield sites. Previously, Simon held various roles in consultancy and planning, including at Buro Happold and Cottee Transport Planning. Simon earned a BSc (Hons) in Geography from the University of Plymouth.
