Simranjit Kaur is a seasoned professional in architecture and urban planning with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Technical Director and Associate Director - Design Planning Economics at AECOM since August 2016, Simranjit leads the design for one of India's largest urban reclamation projects and has played a significant role in smart city initiatives in Ludhiana. Prior to AECOM, Simranjit worked as a Consultant-Architect/Urbanist with AREP, contributing to railway station design projects in collaboration with Indian Railways, and has held key roles in various prestigious projects with firms such as GMP, Orris Infrastructure, EGIS India, Vatika Group, and Neeraj Manchanda Architects. Simranjit holds a Master's Degree in Landscape Urbanism from the Architectural Association and a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University.
