Sin Khong Chen

Sin Khong Chen is currently the Executive Director of Water & Urban Development at AECOM, a position held since 2019. Previously, Sin served in various roles at AECOM, including Associate Director and Technical Director. Prior experience includes working as an Associate at Ranhill Bersekutu Sdn Bhd from 1996 to 2012 and as a Senior Civil Engineer at Sinclair Knight Merz in 2012. Sin earned a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University Putra Malaysia and a Postgraduate Diploma in Construction Management from the University of Technology Malaysia.
