Stacy Newcomer

Stacy Newcomer, TDM-CP, is a Transportation Demand Management Specialist who has served as the Outreach & Education Director for the Commute PA project at AECOM since 2013. In this role, Stacy is responsible for managing outreach staff and promoting alternative transportation use in south-central Pennsylvania. Prior to this position, Stacy worked as an Office Manager at Crime Intervention Alarm and GAR Advertising, Inc., overseeing office operations and handling accounting functions. Stacy holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from West Chester University of Pennsylvania.
