Steph Phillips, GISP, PMP, is the GEOFidelis Program Coordinator with a strong background in geographic information systems (GIS). They have worked as a GIS Specialist at AECOM from 2019 to 2021, and previously held roles including GIS Analyst at SYNCADD Systems Inc. from 2017 to 2019, where they supported Army installations and performed data analysis.
