Stephen Carlier

Stephen Carlier is currently the Safety Manager at AECOM/URS, where they implement safety and environmental program management at multiple military bases. With extensive experience in leading safety initiatives and managing teams, they have successfully overseen construction projects that achieved over 300,000 work hours without recordable incidents. Previously, Carlier held key positions in various capacities including Plant Manager at Georgia Pacific Gypsum, where they significantly improved operational safety and profitability. They have pursued a diverse educational background, holding multiple degrees including an Executive MBA from the Haslam College of Business at the University of Tennessee and completing a Financial Management Program at the Wharton School.
