With over 31 years of diverse worldwide experience, they have successfully managed a variety of projects, including military, educational, and healthcare facilities, from conception to completion. Previously, Stephen held senior positions with organizations such as AECOM, the Los Angeles Unified School District, and ECCI in Iraq, where they demonstrated expertise in project management and construction delivery across challenging environments.
