Stephen Mackenzie

Stephen Mackenzie is a Senior Engineer at AECOM, with extensive experience in civil engineering and infrastructure design spanning over two decades. Since June 2019, Stephen has led highways projects, coordinated resources, and produced design reports within AECOM’s Infrastructure Team. Previous roles at AECOM include Senior Technician and Engineer, focusing on geometric design and project management. Stephen's experience also encompasses positions at URS Corporation, Mott MacDonald, and other firms, where responsibilities included detailed design, project leadership, and contributions to earthquake relief efforts in Christchurch. With a background in surveying and AutoCAD drawing production, complemented by a New Zealand Certificate in Engineering from Otago Polytechnic, Stephen has developed a comprehensive skill set relevant to highways, drainage, and civil engineering projects.
