Stephen Quane is an experienced engineer with a background in clean water infrastructure design and project management. From August 2006 to January 2009, Stephen held multiple titles at AECOM, including Engineer, Associate Director, Principal Engineer, and Senior Engineer, focusing on design, rehabilitation needs identification, modeling, and team management.
