Stephen Roth

Stephen Roth, PE, PMP boasts extensive experience in program management and leadership within the engineering and construction industry. Currently serving as Vice President and Senior Program Manager at AECOM since November 2025, Stephen previously held the position of Vice President and Group Director at HNTB from August 2018 to November 2025. Prior roles include Practice Leader at ATG | DCCM from 2015 to 2018 and Senior Associate at Lockwood, Andrews & Newnam, Inc. (LAN) from 1995 to 2015. Stephen holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Texas McCombs School of Business and has a foundational education from Texas A&M University.
