Stephven Carson-Brown is an accomplished organizational psychologist and strategy & operations leader with extensive experience in HR and customer service. Currently serving as Sr. Manager of Global HR Strategy & Operations at AECOM since 2020, they oversee project management systems for global HR initiatives and enhance communications among cross-functional teams. Previously, at AECOM, they held the role of Chief of Staff for HR4HR, optimizing HR operations and supporting senior leadership. Stephven’s career began at Sprint as a Customer Service Team Lead, where they provided technical support and performance coaching.
