Steve W. Lowry

Steve W. Lowry, P.E., RPLS, currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Global Programs at AECOM. With extensive experience in the engineering field, Steve has held notable positions as Vice President and Senior Advisor at HNTB and Senior Vice President at Halcrow. Additionally, Steve is a member of the Board of Advisors at Texas Energy Contractors & Engineers Inc and Global Engineering Inc, and previously served as President of LincUSA. Steve holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering with a focus on Structures from the University of Houston and has completed graduate studies in Transportation Engineering at the University of Maryland.
