Steven Atter is currently serving as the Vice President and Chief Engineer for the East Region Remediation Practice at AECOM. They previously held the position of Chief Engineer for the same practice between 2019 and 2025, and prior to that, they led the Northeast Remediation Practice from 1993 to 2025. Steven earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute in 1991.
