Steven Lui

Ir Steven Lui is the Technical Director of AECOM, specializing in Smart Mobility projects across Hong Kong and Southeast Asia. With over 21 years of international experience in both public and private sectors, they have led significant projects in various countries, including the UK, UAE, Singapore, and Hong Kong. Steven is the President of the Society for Intelligent Transportation Systems Hong Kong (ITS-HK) and has held key positions on multiple committees, including the IET Hong Kong Railway & Transport Section and as an International Committee Member of the IBTTA. They hold a Master of Engineering degree from Imperial College London and have received recognition for their innovative contributions to intelligent transportation systems.
