Stuart Downey

Stuart Downey is currently a Package Director at AECOM, overseeing the Stations Depot and Lineside Facilities for the NEOM project's Spine. Previously, they held roles such as Project Manager for the Riyadh Metro Package 3 design joint venture at Atkins and Consultant's Representative for the Gautrain Rapid Rail Link in South Africa. Their earlier experiences include serving as a Design Manager at THSRC and Parsons Brinckerhoff, as well as an Architect Team Leader at SMC. Stuart earned a Master's Degree in Architecture from the University of Bath in the UK.
