Subhash Manal

Subhash Manal, CCM, PSP, PMP, EIT, is currently the AVP, Operations Leadership Sr Manager at AECOM, where they review project performance, profit, and loss, and manage various aspects of program controls. Previously, Subhash held roles such as Program Controls Manager and Project Controls Specialist at AECOM and ARCADIS US, respectively, contributing to project management, cost control, and dispute resolution. They earned a Master’s Degree from Texas Tech University and have extensive experience in infrastructure program implementation across public and private sectors.
