Subhasish Ghosh

Subhasish Ghosh has over two decades of experience in program management and project controls, holding significant leadership roles primarily at AECOM from June 2002 to February 2025. As Vice President of Program Controls for Water East, Subhasish excelled in delivering transformative capital programs for utilities and public agencies through AECOM's proven management methodologies. Previous roles include AVP/Director of Project Controls, where Subhasish focused on local government projects and cross-functional team leadership, and Senior Manager of Program Controls, overseeing large capital programs in the Water Southeast region. Prior to AECOM, Subhasish worked at B K Gulf as Senior Project Controls Lead, supporting large construction projects, and at Jacobs as an Architect involved in award-winning design initiatives in India. Subhasish holds an M. Tech in Construction Management from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, and an Executive Education Certificate in AI Application in Business from MIT Sloan School of Management.
