Susan Essaf

Susan Essaf is currently the Vice President, Human Resources Business Leader for the West Region at AECOM, a prominent infrastructure consulting firm. Prior to this role, they served as Director of Human Resources for the New York Metro area at AECOM. Their extensive experience in human resources includes positions as Associate Principal and Director of Human Resources at Lionakis, and HR Manager at CASE Construction Equipment. Susan began their career in human resources at GCW, Inc. and RMB Architects + Engineers. They hold a BS in Education from West Chester University of Pennsylvania, and are pursuing further education, including an MA in Education from the University of Brighton and a Professional Certification in Human Resources Development and Management from the University of California, Davis.
