Susy Wu

Susy Wu, MBA, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Director of Human Resources Business Partner at AECOM since April 2024. With a diverse background in human resources, Susy previously held multiple roles at Crowley, including Human Resources Manager and Human Resources Business Partner, from July 2012 to September 2017. Prior to that, Susy worked as an HR Administrative Assistant at the Museum of Pop Culture (MoPOP) from September 2006 to May 2007. Most recently, between June 2019 and March 2024, Susy was the Human Resources Manager for the Northwest Division at HNTB. Susy holds a Master of Business Administration from Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a BA in Psychology from the University of Washington.
