T.H. Chen

T.H. Chen, MCR, is a Corporate Real Estate Executive with extensive experience in both consulting and in-house leadership roles. Currently serving as the Director of Portfolio Management for AECOM, Chen specializes in portfolio strategy, lease negotiations, and optimizing real estate operations. Previously, Chen held director positions at EY-Parthenon and managed real estate operations at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP & Affiliates, as well as Providence. Chen began their career as a Real Estate Analyst at NYU Langone Health and has built a strong academic foundation with a B.A. in Architecture from the University of California, Berkeley, and an M.S. in Real Estate Development from Columbia University.
