Tan Aybar

Tan Aybar, Ph.D., PMP®, PMI-RMP®, is a Senior Project and Construction Executive currently serving as the Construction Delivery SPM and Assets Design Lead at NEOM with AECOM. They have extensive international experience leading complex programs in both consultancy and construction sectors, having held key leadership roles such as Program Manager and Project Director. Previously, Tan managed high-profile projects including commercial, retail, healthcare, and residential developments, showcasing expertise in project management, construction execution planning, and risk management. They also served as a university lecturer at Gazi University, where they completed a Ph.D. in Architecture.
