Teodora Mincă

Teodora Mincă is an accomplished professional with over 17 years of experience in BPO and service center operations. Currently serving as the Operational Excellence Tower Lead for Source to Pay at AECOM, Teodora is skilled in Lean Six Sigma, RPA, and digital tools, holding a Black Belt and CIPM certification. Previously, Teodora held various leadership roles at Genpact, where they managed large teams and successfully drove process improvements in procurement and accounts payable. Teodora earned a Master’s degree in Transatlantic Studies and a Bachelor’s degree in American Studies from Babeș-Bolyai University.
