Terry Arnold is a seasoned civil and geotechnical engineer who has rejoined AECOM, bringing extensive expertise in dam and reservoir planning, design, construction, and safety. With a career spanning over 200 projects, Terry has contributed significantly to field investigations, optimization analysis, design, and construction inspection across various dam and hydropower projects. As a former North American Practice Leader for Dams and Vice President at URS Corporation, as well as the founder of Arnold Consulting, LLC, Terry has demonstrated leadership and innovation in the field. Terry earned a Master’s degree in Civil/Geotechnical Engineering from Kansas State University.
