Terry Herron

Terry Herron, PMP, is a seasoned Sr. Program Manager at AECOM, where they provide program management and technical consulting support for the Maryland Transit Administration. Prior to this role, from 2018 to 2022, they served as IT Manager with the Montgomery County Government, overseeing multiple technical projects for transit operations. Terry's experience spans several leadership positions in engineering and program management at organizations such as Orbital Sciences Corporation and ACS, a Xerox Company, and they hold a Master's degree in Technology Management from American University, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Maryland College Park.
