Terry McKenzie

Terry McKenzie is an experienced communication strategist and consultant with a diverse career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as the Head Communication Strategist Consultant at AECOM since 2015, Terry provides strategic communication recommendations to elevate the profile of the president, Steve Kadenacy, and enhance employee engagement globally. Additionally, as the owner of @tmacwords since October 2014, Terry specializes in communication, change management, training, and facilitation, helping organizations navigate IT transformations and crisis management. Previous roles include consulting projects for Jacobs Engineering, Avery Dennison, where Terry managed global crisis management and led a significant change management initiative involving a transition to Google, as well as consulting for Levi Strauss & Co. and holding senior director positions at Sun Microsystems. Terry holds a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Communication from the University of Minnesota.
