Thomas Dowd

Thomas Dowd is a Principal Engineer at AECOM, currently in the process of completing Chartership with the ICE. With over five years of experience in the civil engineering industry, they have developed considerable expertise in the highway sector, working on projects that span from maintenance to major developments. Thomas has engaged in all aspects of design, including highway link, vehicle restraint system, junction design, and non-motorised user routes, and possesses strong technical knowledge of applicable standards and Building Information Modelling (BIM) practices. They hold a Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering from Liverpool John Moores University.
