Thomas Guo

Thomas Guo, PE, is a civil engineer currently employed at AECOM since February 2022, where involvement includes projects focused on implementing large-scale Intelligent Transportation Systems and roadway restriping. Prior experience includes serving as a civil analyst at Kimley-Horn from October 2018 to February 2022, and as a student research assistant at the Institute of Transportation Studies at the University of California, Davis, where contributions included updating databases for plug-in hybrid electric vehicles and researching incentives for alternative-fuel vehicles. Additional experience encompasses an internship as a Transit Streets and Roads Data Analyst at the Metropolitan Transportation Commission and lab testing assistance at the University of California Pavement Research Center. Thomas Guo earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of California, Davis, following completion of high school at San Leandro High School.
