With 25 years of experience in local government and consultancy, Thomas has navigated a variety of major infrastructure, energy, transport, commercial, and residential schemes. They previously served as a Principal Town Planner at AECOM and held various planning roles at local councils, including Senior Planning Officer at the London Borough of Camden, where they dealt with complex planning applications. Thomas earned a Postgraduate Diploma in Town Planning and a Bachelor's degree in City & Regional Planning from Cardiff University.
