Tim Chesher

Tim Chesher, MBA, CSci, CEng, FIMarEST, is an experienced marine and coastal consultant, currently serving as Associate Director - Marine at AECOM Middle East. With over 30 years in the field, Tim began their career at HR Wallingford, progressing through various roles including Group Manager for the Coasts and Estuaries Group and Regional Manager for the Middle East and South Asia. They previously held positions as Maritime Director and Coastal and Marine Practice Lead at Advisian and Sogreah Gulf. A Fellow of the Institute of Marine Engineering, Science and Technology (IMarEST), Tim also contributes to the Membership Committee and serves as a Professional Review Interviewer. Tim holds degrees in Meteorology and Physics and an MBA from the University of Reading.
