Tim Jackson

Tim Jackson is a Chartered Surveyor (FRICS) and qualified Taxation Technician (ATT) with over thirty years of experience in the UK construction and property industry. Currently, they serve as the Director and Head of the Fiscal Incentives team at AECOM, where they specialize in maximizing property tax-based incentives for clients. Tim's previous roles include Senior Associate at Gardiner & Theobald and Project Surveyor at Northcroft, among others. They hold a 2:1 degree in Quantity Surveying from the University of Greenwich. Outside of work, Tim is an angler, runner, poultry keeper, and gardener, and is an enthusiastic supporter of Gillingham FC and Kent CCC.
