Tim Ryan

Tim Ryan is currently the Group Manager of ITS/Traffic Engineering at AECOM, where they oversee all traffic engineering and ITS work performed by the Hunt Valley, Maryland office. Previously, they held the role of Group Manager, ITS/Traffic Engineering at URS Corporation from 1999 to 2014. Tim's extensive experience includes positions as Associate Vice President at JHK & Associates and SAIC, as well as Traffic Engineer roles at Kidde Consultants, Inc. and Cahn Engineers, Inc. They earned both their MS and BS in Civil Engineering from the University of Connecticut, followed by a Ph.D. in Transportation Engineering from the University of Maryland College Park.
