Todd St. John

Todd St. John is the Technical Lead in Natural Resources and Stormwater Engineering at AECOM, a position held since 2021. Previously, Todd worked as an Engineer at the North Carolina Department of Environmental Quality from 1994 to 2004, focusing on water quality certifications and permitting. Following this, Todd served as a Senior Project Manager at both Kimley-Horn (2004-2017) and WithersRavenel (2017-2021), where they specialized in natural resources assessment, stormwater design, and utility permitting. Todd earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Science from the University of Virginia and a Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering from North Carolina State University.
