Toki Tahmid

Toki Tahmid, EIT, MSCE, is a civil engineer with a diverse range of experience in construction and engineering roles. Toki began as a Civil Engineering Intern at Point West Engineering, inspecting properties for sinkholes, and progressed to positions such as Construction Inspector at DRMP, Inc., and Site Engineer at Promi Construction. Toki contributed to significant projects, including overseeing the field operations of the $865 million Howard Frankland bridge expansion while working as a Field Engineer at KELLER. Currently, Toki serves as a Civil Engineer II at AECOM, preparing transportation plans and intersection designs for FDOT projects. Toki also supports the Florida Department of Transportation as a Roadway Design Consultant, focusing on compliance and cost estimation for roadway infrastructure. Toki holds a Master's degree in Civil Engineering from the University of South Florida, where a strong academic performance was achieved with a 3.75 GPA.
