Tom Loto

Tom Loto, P.E., BCEE, is an experienced Senior Project Manager and Client Manager, currently serving as the Municipal Market Lead for New England and Upstate NY at AECOM. With a Master of Science in Environmental Engineering from the University of New Haven, Tom has a strong background in civil and environmental engineering, focusing on water supply, treatment, and quality. Tom has held various leadership positions, including Associate Vice President and Conveyance Market Lead at AECOM, and has extensive experience in project management and client service within the industry. Previously, Tom worked at Kleinfelder and Malcolm Pirnie, contributing to numerous water and wastewater projects across New England.
