Tom Primrose MRICS

Tom Primrose MRICS is a Director and Chartered Quantity Surveyor currently leading teams in contract administration, project management, and quantity surveying for a variety of clients both domestically in the UK and internationally. They have extensive experience working in both Main Contractor and PQS roles, previously serving at AECOM in multiple capacities culminating as Project Director in 2023. Recognized for their contributions to the industry, Tom was shortlisted for the RICS Matrics Young Surveyor of the Year Award in 2018 and 2019, and received an AECOM Excellence Award in 2019. They also held leadership roles as Chairman of RICS Hampshire & IOW Matrics from 2018 to 2020 and Co-Chair of YEP Southampton from 2019 to 2023, promoting networking and professional growth within the construction sector. Tom earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Quantity Surveying and Commercial Management from the University of the West of England in 2010.
