Tom Rogers

Tom Rogers is an experienced leader and problem solver, currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at AECOM, where they plan and execute key defense projects in Canada. With a diverse background in the military and professional services, Tom has held various positions, including Regional Manager Eastern USA for the Royal Air Force, where they oversaw aircraft movements and logistics. They have significant expertise in crisis management, operations management, and logistics, supported by a Master’s degree in Leadership and Management and a Bachelor’s in Logistics. Additionally, Tom is passionate about offering pro bono logistics consultancy to startups and not-for-profit organizations, leveraging their extensive experience for community benefit.
