Tom Syku

Tom Syku, P.E. is a Senior Structural Engineer at AECOM and serves as an Adjunct Professor at The Cooper Union for the Advancement of Science and Art, teaching CE473 - Earthquake and Wind Engineering. Tom previously held positions as an Associate at LERA Consulting Structural Engineers and as a Structural Engineering Intern at Thornton Tomasetti. With a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from The Cooper Union and a Master of Science in Structural Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley, Tom brings a strong academic and professional background to their work in structural engineering. Prior to their current roles, Tom also worked as an Estimator at V&T Construction and as a Project Coordinator at Empire Core Group LLC.
