Tomasz Gutkowski

Tomasz Gutkowski is the Technical Director of Building Engineering at AECOM, where they lead a department providing comprehensive design services across multiple engineering disciplines. With 20 years of professional experience, Tomasz has progressed from assistant roles to a directorship, successfully delivering large-scale infrastructure projects both locally and internationally. They oversee a team of over 80 engineers, maintaining a strong focus on innovation and delivery excellence. Tomasz holds a Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering from the Warsaw University of Technology and has completed postgraduate studies in Project Management and General Management at the Warsaw School of Economics. Fluent in English, Spanish, and Polish, they are also a member of the Mazovian District Board of Civil Engineers and possess a Prince2 Foundation Certificate.
