Toriana Richards

Toriana Richards is an accomplished professional with a background in environmental policy and energy, currently serving as an Environmental Permitting Specialist at AECOM since July 2025. Prior experience includes an internship in Stakeholder and Government Affairs at Equinor, where a youth-focused clean energy event was coordinated, and survey design for corporate strategies was executed. Toriana has also worked with Oceana as an IUU Fishing and Transparency Intern, conducting research to enhance species monitoring and advocating for policy changes. Additional roles range from service positions at Dunkin' and Cuffy's of Cape Cod to community advisory functions at Colby College. Educational credentials include a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Policy from Colby College and a Certificate in Offshore Wind Energy from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
