Troy Metz

Troy Metz, PE, LEED AP, is the Director of Engineering for AECOM's Buildings + Places in the East Region, where they lead the building engineering practice in the Washington, DC area. With over 30 years of experience in HVAC and plumbing systems design, Troy has worked on a diverse range of projects, including laboratories, office buildings, and medical facilities. Prior to their current role, Troy held positions such as Chief Mechanical Engineer at CETROM, Inc. and Mechanical Engineer at Universal Hi-Tech Development, contributing to significant projects for esteemed clients like the National Institutes of Health and the US Army Corps of Engineers. Troy is registered as a professional engineer in multiple states and is recognized as a LEED Accredited Professional.
