Vikrant Soni, MEngNZ, MBA, PMP®, PMI-SP®, PRINCE2®, is a dynamic professional with 18 years of extensive experience in project management, specializing in planning, monitoring, and cost control across various construction projects. Currently, as Principal Project Controls at AECOM, Vikrant oversees significant projects, including the Three Waters Programme and the Auckland District Court seismic remediation. Prior to this role, Vikrant held positions at notable companies such as Auckland Transport and Worley, where they developed expertise in project scheduling and resource planning. Vikrant holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Thapar University and an MBA in Project Management from Sikkim University.
