Wael K.

Wael K. currently serves as the Head of Global Business Services and Chief Operating Officer at AECOM since May 2024. Previously, Wael held the position of Vice President of Transformation at T-Mobile, where responsibilities included leading business process transformation and collaboration with C-level executives. Prior experience includes serving as Vice President of Process Optimization & Customer Financial Services at Citrix, where Wael was responsible for global ERP implementation and financial management transformation. Additionally, Wael worked at CBRE as Vice President of Global Processes, Systems & Programs, and Vice President of Global Finance Programs, focusing on process efficiencies and ERP integration after the acquisition of Johnson Controls' facility management business. Earlier roles include Global Finance Transformation Director at Johnson Controls and various finance and audit positions at Agility, Ernst & Young, PricewaterhouseCoopers, and Deloitte & Touche, following a Bachelor of Science in Business/Commerce from Cairo University.
