Wayne Ganderton

Wayne Ganderton is a Project Director at AECOM, where they lead various construction projects and manage large-scale masterplan developments primarily in the education sector. With over 25 years of experience, they have worked across both public and private sectors, managing projects from feasibility to operations. Previously, Wayne held positions including Associate at AECOM, Associate Director at Northcroft, Senior Surveyor at Davis Langdon & Everest, and Quantity Surveyor at Mowlem South Wales.
