William Soper

William Soper is an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in civil engineering. Currently, William holds project management positions at AECOM and URS Corporation since February 2010, focusing on dam break analyses for New York City's Environmental Protection involving extensive watershed studies. Prior to this, William managed various projects at CMX from June 2001 to December 2009, including the development of athletic facilities at St. Mary’s Abbey/Delbarton School. William's early career included project management roles at Kupper Associates, with notable projects such as designing a golf course driving range at Rutgers University and a rehabilitation project on NJ Route 28 in Plainfield, NJ. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Applied Science in Civil Engineering from The University of British Columbia, earned between 1989 and 1993.
